About Us

Laurel Lakes is a wonderful community in the West Carmel area of Indiana. It consists of 90 custom built single family property homes located on over 90 acres of land. Surrounded by gorgeous landscaping, this subdivision includes three large beautiful lakes and a community pool.  Laurel Lakes is a low density neighborhood, with average lot sizes at half an acre per home, and half the homes backing onto one of three lakes. It is within walking distance to the Village of West Clay, Coxhall Gardens and West Park, as well as West Clay Elementary, College Wood Elementary, and Creekside Middle School. 

 

The Laurel Lakes Homeowner's Association elects members to the Board of Directors at its Annual Meeting. These Directors serve without pay, as do the members of various committees who help in the management of Laurel Lakes.  All homeowners and residents are encouraged to contribute to the activities within the committees.
